Directions from Dallas: It is not as far or as complicated as it may at first seem.
Take 175 S toward Kaufman, follow this till 175 splits (you go to the right towards Athens). The next exit on the right is 1388. Take the ramp for this exit, at stop sign, go right. (YOU ARE 16 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RANCH AT THIS POINT)
You are on 1388 for 8 miles, IT WILL DEAD END into a “T” at 148. (YOU ARE 8 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RANCH AT THIS POINT) Turn Left onto 148 and go 5.1 miles (you are looking for THE SECOND 3094, there are two of them).
Turn right onto the SECOND 3094 (there will be a Small billboard that say “Indian Oaks golf course and Tree farm” – you are heading that way) YOU ARE 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RANCH AT THIS POINT.)
Stay on 3094 for 1 mile (you are looking for road 4067 on the left). Turn left onto 4067 (there will be a sign there also for the “Indian Oaks Golf course and Tree farm). (YOU ARE 1 ½ MINUTES AWAY AT THIS POINT)
You will see the golf course on both sides of the road (pass the golf cart building), and the road will veer left (this puts you on MY ROAD 4068). Drive about one mile to 6326 CR 4068 on the left (Silver Chain Link Fence, Double gate).
Come through gate (house sites back off the road, but can be seen from the road), drive to the 2nd gate. House is on the right of the driveway. 214-498-9614 my cell.
